What is a Web-site and What is its Purpose? Web-sites, with their inter-connected pages, are designed, built and maintained for the purpose of presenting materials, making the world aware of an organization's existence, history and goals, and introducing and selling products. Of course, often, the world uses web-sites to manipulate, shape minds with false thinking, promote covetousness, and push unholy agendas. However, Bible-based ministries and Christian businesses are capable, through the use of their web-sites, of promoting the Scriptures, leading people to Christ, and offering helpful products that will edify the home or make our world a better place. Often, a web-site is a helpful way for people to examine your ministry or Christian business on their own time and come to conclusions in an unpressured way.
